Electrical & energy infrastructure
Experience spanning high- and low-voltage systems, EV charging installation and field service, sustainable power infrastructure and coordination around existing electrical systems and site constraints.
CTO & Technical Director
Hands-on experience. Systems thinking. Long-term technical accountability.

Mo Osman’s technical career began long before he held an executive title. He started working with electrical and technical systems at the age of 12 and has since accumulated more than 35 years of hands-on experience. That early exposure developed into more than 25 years in professional information technology, low-voltage systems and technical delivery.
His background bridges the trades and the design office: electrical work, telecommunications, structured cabling, network architecture, enterprise wireless, video surveillance, access systems, audiovisual control, equipment integration and EV-charging infrastructure. He is comfortable examining the physical installation as well as the configuration and operational dependencies that make the system useful.
As CTO at 55GEEKS, Mo is responsible for technical direction as well as practical execution. He helps translate customer requirements into workable system designs, equipment choices, installation methods, troubleshooting plans, test procedures and long-term service priorities. His role spans coordination with facility teams, customer IT administrators, manufacturers, technicians and subcontractors.
Mo’s technical approach is shaped by working on both sides of difficult projects: planning what should happen and diagnosing what actually happened. When equipment is out of warranty, a campus network is restricted, an AV room needs a new integration strategy or a camera service visit reveals aging devices, he focuses on isolating the problem, establishing responsibility, documenting the outcome and making the next step technically realistic.
“My journey is not just about technology—it’s about building trust, solving hard problems, and delivering results that stand the test of time.”
Experience spanning high- and low-voltage systems, EV charging installation and field service, sustainable power infrastructure and coordination around existing electrical systems and site constraints.
Structured copper cabling, enterprise Wi‑Fi, network and data-center architecture, switching environments, hardware integration, fault isolation and handoff documentation.
Video-surveillance systems, network video recorders, access-control environments and related security technology integrated with facility operations and network infrastructure.
Meeting-room systems, digital displays, control platforms, room scheduling, remote support constraints, building automation and modern software-enabled system integration.
Partner-program training, individual certification and current product authorization are separate categories.
Mo’s community involvement has included Rotary leadership, mentoring and community media work. Through Rotary he helped establish a computer lab in northern Guatemala, extending useful technology and learning opportunities. His contribution history also includes work relating to structured cabling at Poverello House in Fresno. He helped produce Adventures in Service to document community-oriented efforts.
He brings the same standard to commercial projects and volunteering: understand the need, solve the practical problem, document the work, and leave behind something that can continue to be used.
Community recognition includes the Terry Huntsman Rotary Spirit Award and Rotary District 5230 Making A Difference Award.
