Before we begin.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We can discuss an agreement covering specified equipment, locations and service requirements. Preventive schedules, response procedures, reporting and parts are defined in the scope.
Can you support systems already installed?
We begin by reviewing the platform, condition, available documentation and required access. We then identify the service scope and any manufacturer or specialist resources needed.
Do you work with government agencies?
Yes. Our experience includes state-facility service agreements, county cabling work and municipal equipment supply. Our capability statement contains procurement identifiers and selected experience.
Can you work as a subcontractor?
Yes. We discuss a defined scope with the prime contractor, including responsibilities, qualifications, schedule and documentation.
Can we purchase equipment without installation?
Yes. We can quote eligible products through the appropriate manufacturer and distribution channels. Availability, specifications and delivery terms are confirmed in the quote.
Where do you work?
We are based in Martinez and support California projects, with public-facility experience in the Bay Area and Sacramento. Coverage is confirmed for the location and scope.
Do you offer emergency service?
Emergency and after-hours arrangements depend on the applicable agreement and available resources. Existing customers should use the escalation procedure established for their contract.
Can you provide references and certificates?
Yes. Contact us for relevant project references and supporting procurement documents. We coordinate reference requests and share information appropriate to the scope.
Do you provide a manufacturer system warranty?
Warranty coverage depends on the product, project, installation requirements and applicable manufacturer program. The proposed coverage will be identified in the quote or agreement.
