Sahar Osman leads the strategy, commercial operations and public-sector growth of 55GEEKS. Her responsibilities encompass business development, bid strategy, estimating, procurement, manufacturer and distributor relationships, contract administration, project coordination and delivery oversight.
She combines engineering perspective and financial discipline with a practical understanding of contractor responsibilities. Sahar holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, East Bay, following earlier mechanical-engineering studies. Her experience also includes business and legal operations and an active interest in responsible procurement and compliance.
At 55GEEKS she works closely with Mo to align opportunity qualification, written scope, equipment selection, commercial terms and project delivery. For agency and enterprise customers this means commercial leadership is connected to the actual work, rather than separated from it by layers of account management.
Her professional and community involvement includes service on the BICSI Public Policy Committee and historical Rotary and community support activities, including CMAC and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Committee participation is identified as service, not as an individual BICSI certification.
